Try a water floss!! I've never wanted to floss but water floss is good.

Cannot overstate- whether you have chronic pain especially joints, back issues, or just tend to be a little chilly when you first get in bed- heated mattress cover. Whatever has good reviews on Amazon and fits your bed. Over mattress under sheets, even if you just warm the bed so you're not sliding into cold sheets, but the gentle warmth eases your body into sleep and brings you out of sleep into warmth instead of chill. Life changing to the point I bought one for travel as well.
