I have seen people I know did job hopping from midsenior to senior, which saved them around 2 years of experience in the same company.

The only concern here for some people (including myself) is that they already feel comfortable in the current team or company, so they don't want to change the company. But at the same time they want to promote faster. I think it's a dilemma that can depend heavily on every individual's situations.

Thanks Ryan for a great advice that many don't know of it!

Do you HAVE to mention the current level during interviews? what if you got down levelled to say level 1 and now you want to jump to level 3 ( you have enough years of experience ) ?
