Especially appreciated PIP section (41:10). By the time you're on a PIP in a large company, most managers have already decided you need to leave. The PIP is HR's attempt to reduce company exposure to lawsuits. Of course they can't say that, because it'd then be constructive dismissal. But I'd view a PIP as the final harbinger, not some sort of clarion turnaround call.

The video will lead people to understand how organizations works ( you must know). At the end they are not ONG, sometimes you are just a number. You must be ok to live with that ( you are adult)

Great interview. The corporate world is all about people psychology. If you understand what drives someone, you can tailor how you present the facts. You’re not changing the facts, you’re changing the framing.
