Long time fan of your substack & podcast and I have always appreciated the time and effort you put into each of your creations. One suggestion which I think could help your podcast reach more people: as a GenZ Asian woman, I couldn't help but notice that most of your guests share a similar demographic profile -- older white men. Their career stories are fascinating but they are not extremely relevant to the universe that I am navigating. I would love to hear from guests from different career stages, different backgrounds, and especially different genders.

Appreciate the suggestion I'll keep it in mind! It is likely a byproduct of CS being male dominated and even more so in the past
