That's interesting, as holiday usage depends on where you live. Most companies I've worked for may let you carry over 3-5 days to the next year but majority of the time I just keep getting badgered until you've booked all my entitlement up.
31 days is a fair chunk to carry over. That's almost a full years entitlement, my annual leave is 25 days plus 8 days bank holidays, no way anyone would let me carry over that much :-)

That's interesting, at my company they encourage people to use theirs but if they don't you won't get bothered haha
We can save up to 31 days total and then after that they go to waste
